The work Avenir Pathways is building does not happen alone. Every stage of what we do, from programme delivery to research to long-term systems change, is shaped by the people and organisations who choose to be part of it.
Some partners fund places. Others open doors, share platforms, lend expertise, or help us reach communities we cannot reach on our own. There is no single template for how this works. If what we are doing matters to you, we want to hear how you see yourself in it.
Partners can sponsor places, commission cohorts for specific groups, or embed Future Reset into responsible redundancy and redeployment processes.

Every conversation starts differently. Some of the ways people are already getting involved or exploring involvement:
- Sponsoring or funding programme places for Future Reset cohorts.
- Contributing expertise, facilitation, or mentorship to programme delivery.
- Supporting the development of the Avenir Redundancy and Reset Census as a research or funding partner.
- Helping shape the Avenir Redundancy Accreditation Framework as an early adopter.
