Future Reset® is designed for London-based, mid-career professionals in the £42k–£75k salary band whose roles have recently been made redundant
We prioritise people who:
- Have had their roles made redundant in the last 8–24 weeks.
- Previously earned £42k–£75k.
- Have experience in sectors such as media, marketing, and creative industries.
For 2026, we focus on women and gender-diverse people who are comfortable in women-centred spaces, because this group faces disproportionate redundancy risk and remains underserved by existing career transition support.
Over time, we will open tailored cohorts for other groups who face similar barriers.
What you will experience
Future Reset runs over three days, in a small, supportive cohort.
Day One

Identity, confidence and direction
- Understand the emotional impact of redundancy.
- Map your strengths, values and professional identity.
- Reframe your narrative so redundancy becomes a turning point.
- Create your Reset Plan (version 1).
Day Two
Re‑equip
AI readiness and the future of work
- Build AI literacy as a non‑technical professional.
- Learn how automation is reshaping roles and progression.
- Identify your transferable skills and realistic career pivots.
- Sharpen your personal brand and communication.
Day Three
Reboot
Practical tools to re‑enter the workforce
- Refresh your CV and LinkedIn profile for where you are going next.
- Build interview confidence and your career story.
- Learn sponsorship and networking behaviours.
- Finalise your Future Reset Plan (version 2) and accountability structures.
Over time, we will add further support, including employer introductions, alumni sessions, practical templates and access to relevant partner events.
